8 teams to compete in the LITTLECUP 2015

 

In September the south-western tip of Lake Geneva formed by the Petit Lac will be turned into the playground of 8 international teams’ flying boats and the perfect scene for spectacular races that will decide the LITTLECUP champion of this 27th edition.

As revealed on Wednesday during a press conference held at the Société Nautique de Genève 80 days before the Championship is kicked off, 3 Swiss teams will defend their country’s colours and compete with 1 French team, 2 Canadian, 1 German and 1 American:

GSTAAD YACHT CLUB (SUI) – BILLY BESSON / MATTHIEU VANDAME

GROUPAMA SAILING TEAM (FRA) – FRANCK CAMMAS / LOUIS VIAT

TEAM PATERSON COMPOSITES (CAN) – BILLY GOODERHAM / CHRISTIAN PAVEY

RAFALE – ETS (CAN) – MARC FARMER / TREVOR TEJ PAREKH

SENTIENT BLUE (GER) – NILS BUNKENBURG / THOMAS PAASCH

COGITO 2015 (USA) – STEVE CLARK / MICHAEL COSTELLO

 

From 12 to 20 September, a LITTLECUP Village will be set up at Port-Noir in Geneva and welcome visitors coming to encourage all teams. Among other activities, it will offer a great view to follow the races right from the shore and even give visitors the unique opportunity to access the paddocks where the teams will be preparing their boats each day.
